Give your flat and oval heating elements the precision they need to perform under pressure. This filling machine packs magnesium oxide into oval tubes with tight, even compaction and a resistive wire that stays perfectly centered, so every element you produce holds up in food processing, aerospace, chemical/pharma, and energy applications.
You get two proven technologies in one machine: the three-tube filling system and electromechanical vibration, now adapted to oval/flat tube geometry. Choose between through-pin and single-tube (one open end) configurations depending on what your production line needs.
The tangible benefits that make a difference

You’re working with the same oxide filling systems we have refined for years, now built for the oval tube’s unconventional shape. That means your flat elements meet the same quality and precision standards as traditional tubular ones, cycle after cycle.

Switch your cycle setup and move from standard flat tubular elements to single-tube flat elements without swapping equipment. You get more flexibility from a single investment and can respond faster to changing order requirements.

Even with configurations up to three output pins, you get uniform oxide compaction and a wire that stays centered on every single-tube element. That consistency is what keeps your finished heating elements performing reliably over their working life.
This machine fills oval single-tube or through-pin tubular heating elements with magnesium oxide, running 10 tubes (Ø.948 x .324″ | Ø24.1×8.25 mm) or 15 tubes (Ø.425 x .346″ | Ø10.8×8.8 mm) per cycle. If precision, repeatability, and throughput matter to your production, this is built for that.
The oxide dispensing unit sits at the center of the process. It opens and closes cleanly with no material loss, so you get a consistent fill without waste or cleanup between cycles.
Need denser compaction? The machine can hold the top of the element in vibration for an adjustable period after filling, and you can also adjust the oxide-free space at the top of the tube to match your spec.
Vibration runs through an electromechanical system that stays symmetrical and stable at any frequency you set. A DC motor drives the movement, and its rotation speed sets the vibration frequency directly, giving you fine, repeatable control over the process.
