This reshaping mill is built on the same platform as our standard reduction rolling mill, set up specifically to shape round tubing into custom cross sections. You get the same solid frame, the same build quality, and the same fast, accurate output as any CSM GROUP mill, tuned to deliver a finished profile instead of a simple diameter reduction.

The inlet guide bushing lines up each tube before it reaches the rolls, giving you consistent, straight entry with less risk of misalignment and fewer scrapped parts.
Roller pairs made from special tool steel, matched to the right forming ratio, hold a uniform cross section from one end of the tube to the other, with no thinning or distortion at the edges.
Swap the head and you’re ready to run a new geometry. One machine covers several product configurations, so you get more from your floor space and your equipment investment.

BASE FRAME
The same rugged frame and layout used across the CSM rolling mill line, fitted with 12 gear motor stations for dependable, repeatable operation.
GUIDE BUSHING
Mounted at the mill inlet, it keeps the tube or heating element running straight into the rolls and cuts down on misfeeds.
TOOL STEEL ROLLERS
Each roller pair is matched to the correct forming ratio, keeping the finished profile consistent along the full length of the tube.
