The Oakley Single End Trim Machine is a hand-loaded trim machine for heating elements that clamps each element and strips back the MgO and tubular sheath to expose the predetermined terminal pin length. It trims one end at a time, with elements manually removed, making it ideal for precise heating elements production at small to medium volumes.
For higher throughput, the Oakley Double End Trim Machine trims both ends of the element simultaneously and automatically ejects the finished element. This trim machine provides faster operation and increased efficiency, making it well-suited for high-volume heating elements production.
